Bringing Watersheds
FULL CIRCLE

Collective Water considers service to our profession and the environment as our keystone principle.

Who We Are

Collective Water Resources, LLC is a small, minority/woman-owned water resources engineering firm. We were founded in 2012 and specialize in creative approaches to watersheds, climate change/sea level rise, water supplies, GIS, and practical models

We prioritize being easy to work with and put connections first

Whether this involves collaborating with a governmental organization, a consulting team, or serving an engineering or community organization. We cannot solve today’s environmental issues by only enlisting the latest engineering methods. We must learn from the past and harness the best of tomorrow’s technologies to create a new relationship with our environment. We must consider big and small, past and future, watershed and local, engineered and organic. We understand that this mission belongs to all of us, the collective.

Certified & Award Winning

Collective Water Resources, LLC is a fully-licensed engineering firm in the State of Florida, certified as a woman and minority-owned business by the State of Florida’s Office of Supplier Diversity and holds several certifications for local governments and state agencies as both a small and minority-owned business. Additionally, Collective and its leadership has won multiple awards in Palm Beach County.

Our Guiding Principles

Collective Water Resources believes in adaptive, comprehensive approaches – including the fusion of ideas from diverse backgrounds to identify and implement water resources solutions. Our six guiding principles include:
  1. Having a balanced, quality life is paramount. Aim for passion each day.
  2. Being good to others and being easy to work with is key. Create an atmosphere that you and your colleagues enjoy. We consider our clients to be very important colleagues and their missions and needs guide our decisions in our day-to-day work.
  3. We are all in this together – environmental stewardship is essential and this is one of the primary challenges of our time.
  4. Both the big picture and details are important – water resources is our focus and we are proud to be a firm that values both perspectives.
  5. Quality data is key. We need good information to answer the tough questions.
  6. We are and will remain unbiased and versatile in our use of tools and models.
