Mike Guadagno is the Chief Information Officer at Collective. He joined us in 2024 to bring his passion for service, computing, data, and AI to the firm. Because Collective specializes in modeling and analysis, Mike stays extremely busy supporting our projects with advanced computing, AI optimization, and oversight of many aspects of the firm’s overhead functions.
Growing up in Broward County, Mike developed a passion for gaming and computers at an early age. What started as a hobby would ultimately shape his career. Although Mike now has over 25 years of experience as an IT professional specializing in network and system administration, his work has been largely driven by his commitment to his local community. Sixteen years of Mike’s career was with Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. During that time, he provided mission critical delivery of IT services in a 24-7 environment. Although IT at Collective is less mission critical, Mike has brought his same dedication and efficiency in deploying technologies that have tripled our model speed and improved the ultimate delivery of our work products to local governments and state agencies throughout Florida.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys building computers and tinkering with the latest tech. Additionally, he can play a few chords on the guitar and regularly enjoys trivia night with friends.
