Joel Jordan is an early employee of the firm having joined Collective Water Resources in March of 2015. Joel has a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master of Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida. He currently serves as Collective’s Quality Control Director while also working as a technical lead on various projects and mentoring junior staff.
Joel started his Florida water resources career in 1993, and has experience in all aspects of stormwater management including the development of stormwater models (multiple model platforms), master planning, stormwater utilities, developing capital improvement plans, preparing stormwater facility designs (conceptual to final), cost estimating, performing peer reviews, alternatives analysis, using geographic information systems (GIS) in model development and displaying model results, hazard mitigation planning, and climate change adaptation.
Joel is a member of the Florida Stormwater Association.
In his free time, Joel hangs out at the beach and slowly, but surely works on renovating his house.
